I’m curious about the condos. They sound a bit fancier than the villas. Does anyone have any insight on the price difference? And is it worth it?
I’ve stayed in both the condos and villas. The condos do come with additional amenities but are a bit pricey. Totally worth it if you plan to spend a lot of time at the resort!
Can’t agree more! Was at Eagle Nest last summer and the course was immaculate – challenging yet playable. The view of the waterway alone is worth the green fee! Anyone making trip to Myrtle Beach should tee it up here for sure.
Definitely going to consider Eagle Nest for my next golf trip. Sounds like a golfer’s paradise. Anyone else been there? Would love to hear firsthand experiences.
Fantastic review here! Had the chance to play on Eagle Nest last year, and it’s as amazing as you described. Wide fairways really helped to keep my scores down, and the views? Absolutely top-notch. A perfect mix of challenge and tranquility. Definitely recommend it to any golf lovers out there.
As someone who likes to cook while on vacation, the fully equipped kitchen in the villas are a great feature. Makes for a great golf-vacation!
Love this place! Stayed at one of the condos last spring and it made our golf trip perfect. Was wondering if anyone knew if they still have the Sunday brunch at the resort restaurant? Best pancakes I ever had!
Finally, a golf resort that understands the importance of a post-round swim! Pack your best swim trunks guys!
Don’t forget the sunblock, wouldn’t want to look like a bogey out there!
Spent a week at Eagle Nest last summer. Couldn’t ask for a better golf course. The wide fairways are forgiving, especially for a newbie like me! The on-site restaurant serves up some mean dishes too!
Just wondering, does the resort offer golf lessons? My husband’s an avid golfer, but I’m really just a beginner. The place sounds amazing but I’m not sure if I’ll enjoy it as much without knowing how to play better.
Nice write up. I’ve played Eagle Nest a few times, and it’s always a tough but rewarding round. Fair warning though, the greens can be tricky!
Agree with you, Hank. Those greens have made and broken many of my rounds. But that’s part of the fun, right?
